When the trial expires you will receive one e-mail which contains all details needed in order for you to upgrade to a paid account or you may simply order a package from our pricing page.
Do I need to enter a credit card number for the FREE TRIAL?
No, you don’t need a credit card for creating the free trial.
Are there any limitations during the free trial?
No, there are no usage limitations during the trial. We offer full access to the Team Package with: 10 simultaneous connections, access to LocationWizard apps and browser extensions, unlimited bandwidth usage and access to 100 + premium global locations. The only limitation is the number of days (which is by the way, the longest period on the market to test this kind of business VPN and Proxy service).
Payments & Refunds
How can I Upgrade/Downgrade my subscription?
Please contact us at sales[@]locationwizard.io and tell us what package you want and we will make the updates required.
What happens when my service expires?
5 days before the subscription ends, a new invoice will be generated for the account. Once the payment for the new invoice is done, the account will be extended. Please note that if you have the auto-recurring option enabled you will be automatically billed so you do not have to manually pay the renewal invoice. If you do not want to continue using our service you can simply ignore that invoice and it will be automatically cancelled in 10 days. If the service is already expired and the new invoice is already cancelled, you must contact us if you want to reactivate your subscription.
Do you support automatic renewal?
Yes, automatic renewals are supported for Credit Card or PayPal via 2Checkout.
How do I get a refund?
Please contact us at sales[@]locationwizard.io and state the reason you ask for the refund. We do have a 30 days money back guarantee but we appreciate your feedback. We are constantly working on improving our service and the suggestions we receive from our customers are very important for us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at anytime. In order to cancel your subscription please login to the Client Area account go to Services tab and View Details on the Service you want to cancel. Here, you will find the Request Cancellation button. Press this button. Your account will automatically be canceled at the end of the billing cycle. After you complete the cancellation process, an e-mail containing the cancellation confirmation will be sent to you.
What are the methods of payments accepted?
We accept Credit Card or PayPal payments via 2Checkout, our payment processor.
